About VAT for Customers Outside the EU

For dispatch to countries outside the EU, VAT won't be charged. These packages may be assessed for import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the country concerned.













How Customs Work on Items Sold by

Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches the destination country. We have no control over charges for customs clearance which will have to be borne by the recipient and can't predict what they might be.
